Qualcomm announced the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4, and the first batch of phones powered by the same are expected to arrive in Q1 2026. The chipset is an entry-level offering, designed to bring great efficiency and connectivity to the budget segment. And while it sits below the Snapdragon 6 series, the move to a 4nm process node and faster memory means it will be a capable driver. Here are the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 benchmarks.
Snapdragon 4 Gen 4: AnTuTu Score (Expected)
The official specifications of the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 are already here, but we don't have a verified AnTuTu score just yet. However, looking at its core configuration, architecture and other specifications, we expect the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 to score between 430,000 and 460,000 points in AnTuTu.

For those unaware, the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 is an octa-core processor that packs 2x Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.3 GHz, and 6x Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz. It's the same core setup as the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, but with 100 MHz higher clock on the performance cores. It's also made on the same 4nm TSMC process, so no difference there as well.
Snapdragon 4 Gen 4: Geekbench Score (Expected)
Geekbench 6 CPU | Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 |
|---|---|
Single-core | 950 |
Multi-core | 2,100 |
Without the retail unit in hand, these scores are purely speculative but grounded in the chipset's architecture. We expect the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 to hit around 950 points in single-core and 2,100 points in multi-core tests. The 4nm manufacturing process should ensure the processor delivers sustained performance without overheating.

Well, that's just about all we have on the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 at the moment. As of writing this, we don't have any information about which phone could sport the processor first. However, we can speculate that the smartphone will likely be one of the smartphones under Rs 10,000.
