Telecom operator Bharti Airtel has added a special benefit to its Rs 3,999 annual prepaid recharge plan in India. The 365-day pack will offer 150 GB of bonus data for a limited period of time alongside the regular calls, SMS and data benefits.
Airtel Rs 3,999 Prepaid Annual Pack Benefits
The Airtel Rs 3,999 annual prepaid plan brings 2.5 GB of 4G data per day for 365 days. It also includes unlimited 5G connectivity, 100 SMS per day and unlimited local and STD calls.
As mentioned before, the pack also bundles 150 GB of bonus data, which Airtel claims is a limited-time offer. Aside from the telecom-side benefits, what makes the Rs 3,999 plan special is that it also includes 12 months of Adobe Express Premium, worth Rs 4,000, for absolutely free.
However, unlike the Jio Rs 3,599 yearly prepaid plan, the Rs 3,999 plan from Airtel doesn't bundle any OTT benefits like JioHotstar or Netflix. There is also no mention of cloud storage benefits, which Jio is offering up to 5 TB via complimentary access to the Google Gemini Pro plan.
This makes the Airtel yearly prepaid plan less attractive compared to Jio. The latter is also Rs 400 cheaper and offers unlimited 5G access, compared to Airtel's capped 5G coverage.
That said, if you are an Airtel user and want to opt for the yearly plan, the Rs 3,999 prepaid pack is available via the Airtel Thanks app on Android and iOS.
Alternatively, Airtel is also offering access to the free Super Duolingo plan for 12 months as an add-on benefit to every mobile, home broadband and DTH subscriber in India.
