Ready for an upgrade? Well, March is certainly turning out to be quite the month for one, with the Xiaomi 17 series, Poco C85x 5G and other phones having launched last week. Well, this week be quite eventful as well, thanks to the scheduled launch of the Poco X8 Pro lineup, Samsung Galaxy M17e 5G and more.
Upcoming phones launching in the second week of March 2026
1. Oppo K14 5G India launch (March 16, 2026)
The Oppo K14 5G was scheduled to launch in India last week. However, it got delayed to March 16, 2026.
The phone packs a massive 7,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. Under the hood, the phone will be powered by the Dimensity 6300 chipset. On the front, there will be a 120 Hz display that peaks at 1,125 nits.
In terms of optics, there will be a 50 MP main rear camera. The Oppo K14 will also be quite a durable offering with an IP69 rating. The phone will go on sale in India via Flipkart and is expected to be priced under Rs 20,000.
2. Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max India launch (March 17, 2026)
Poco is set to launch the Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max in India on March 17, 2026, and the phones will be available for purchase via Flipkart. This is the first time the brand is introducing a "Pro Max" variant and it will be the more powerful offering in the lineup with the Dimensity 9500s chipset.
On the other hand, the Poco X8 Pro will be powered by the Dimensity 8500 Ultra processor. Both phones are expected to bring 1.5K 120 Hz OLED displays, 50 MP primary rear cameras and support for 100W fast charging.
The Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max will pack 6,500mAh and 9,000mAh batteries, respectively. While the X8 Pro is expected to be priced around Rs 35,000, the Poco X8 Pro Max price in India could be set around Rs 45,000.
3. Samsung Galaxy M17e 5G India launch (March 17, 2026)
Alongside the Poco X8 Pro series, the Samsung Galaxy M17e 5G will also launch in India on Tuesday and will be an Amazon-exclusive phone. The budget-friendly phone is confirmed to feature a 6.7-inch HD+ 120 Hz display, the Dimensity 6300 chipset and a 6,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
The phone will ship with One UI 8, based on Android 16, and will include six years of software and security updates. Additionally, the Galaxy M17e 5G will offer a 50 MP main rear camera, an 8 MP selfie camera, an IP54 rating, NFC support and 12 5G bands. The Galaxy M17e 5G price in India is expected to be around Rs 14,000.
4. Vivo T5x India Launch (March 17, 2026)
The Vivo T5x 5G is also set to launch on March 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST and will be available for purchase via Flipkart. The phone is confirmed to pack the Turbo variant of the Dimensity 7400 chipset and a massive 7,200mAh battery. Vivo has also focused on making the phone quite durable with an IP69 rating and military-grade certification.
Other expected key Vivo T5x 5G specifications include a 6.72-inch LCD 120 Hz display, a 50 MP Sony IMX-852 primary camera and 44W fast charging. The phone will arrive in the Star Silver and Cyber Green colour options and is expected to launch in India under Rs 20,000.
