Tech wearable brand Amazfit has launched two new products in India – the Helio Strap smart band and the Balance 2 smartwatch. Both devices aim to offer comprehensive health and fitness tracking support with long battery life. Here's a quick rundown of the key specifications, price and availability details of Amazfit's latest wearables.
Amazfit Helio Strap Specifications and Features
Starting with the Helio Strap smart band Amazfit claims that this product is designed to deliver a distraction-free experience. This is because it does not come with a built-in screen. It is a continuous mesh band with embedded sensors and components in the top section.
Speaking of its core features, it is built to offer all the fitness and wellness capabilities that are expected out of a smartwatch. For instance, there is 24/7 Heart Rate monitoring, Blood Oxygen measurement, Sleep and Stress tracking and more.
Amazfit claims that the smart band can support up to 27 workout modes including Yoga and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Additionally, Helio Strap also supports strength and HYROX training with HYROX Race Mode.
Apart from this, the device can also offer an overall fitness rating dubbed BioCharge Score based on the collected fitness and wellness data and real-time energy data.
All of these data is synced and can be monitored via the Zepp App for iOS and Android.
In the battery department, Amazfit claims that the smart strap can last for up to 10 days on a single charge. It charges via a proprietary pogo pin connector.
Amazfit Balance 2 Specifications and Features
Coming to the Balance 2, it is a full-fledged smartwatch with a built-in circular screen with up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness and a rugged metal outer ring. Amazfit claims that the smartwatch is built for extreme outdoor conditions with its military-grade certification and Sapphire Crystal glass display.
The smartwatch is said to support up to 170+ sport modes with HYROX training just like the Helio Strap. It can even recognise activities like golf, marathon, scuba diving and more.
It also features all the sensors that we expect out of a smartwatch like 24/7 Heart Rate monitoring, Sleep and Stress tracking, Blood Oxygen measurement and more. It even has a dual-band GPS for precision tracking.
The smartwatch is also water-resistant for up to 10 meters and is backed by 21 days worth of battery life. Apart from this, there are two built-in speakers for calls, 32 GB of on-board storage and support for Zepp App for data tracking and monitoring.
Amazfit Helio Strap and Balance 2 Price in India and Sale Date
The Helio Strap is priced at Rs 8,999 in India. Meanwhile, the Balance 2 smartwatch will cost Rs 24,999. Both devices will go on sale starting August 28, 2025, that is, today via the Amazfit India website and select Amazfit-authorised retail outlets.
As for the colour options, the Helio Strap is offered in a single Black variant while the Balance 2 gets the Sunset Grey and Midnight options.
