Dell has expanded its portfolio of wireless accessories in India with the launch of its Pro Plus TWS earbuds. The latest earbuds are business-focused as they bring the first-ever official Microsoft Teams and Zoom certifications along with specs like dynamic drivers, AI-based voice processing and more.
Dell Pro Plus TWS are designed for business professionals
The Pro Plus earbuds from Dell sport 11.6mm dynamic drivers and promise to bring a crisp and balanced sound to the table. Thanks to their in-ear design, the earbuds are equipped with Quad Mic ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and feature AI-based Up-Link for detailed and crisp sound. It even has a dedicated VPU (Voice Processing Unit) which filters noise and grain during meetings and calls.
However, as already mentioned, the biggest highlight of the Dell Pro Plus is its Microsoft Teams Open Office and Zoom certifications. These are the first officially business-certified earbuds which are designed to cater to the needs of professionals and IT management.
The earbuds even feature a dedicated Dell Device Management Console which will allow businesses to unlock cloud-based console and register the Dell Pro Plus under Administrative settings. Users will be able to pair the TWS with their smartphone via the Dell Audio app. It can connect to 8 devices simultaneously thanks to multi-point support.
Moreover, in case the user owns a Dell laptop or desktop, the TWS can connect to them seamlessly using Dell Pair and Dell Display & Peripheral Manager to unlock a host of business-related features. This has been added, aside from the Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair support.
Also, this is the first official Dell TWS to come with a dedicated USB-C dongle in the box. It can be used for stable connectivity and can also act as an audio relay interface. It also has Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless connection. The earbuds are also equipped with touch controls to manage music playback, adjust volume and answer calls. Users can even summon different AI assistants with a simple tap.
Aside from that, the Dell Pro Plus earbuds feature a 66mAh cell inside each stem and a 500mAh cell inside the charging case. With the case, the TWS are rated to deliver up to 33 hours of battery backup. Lastly, the earbuds are also IP54 rated for dust and water resistance.
Dell Pro Plus comes with 2 years of hardware warranty
The Dell Pro Plus earbuds are priced at Rs 18,699 in India and are available via the official Dell India website. Since these are built for professionals, businesses can register these earbuds to claim a flat two year hardware warranty along with dedicated service warranty for the TWS.
