Known for its smartwatches and wireless earbuds, Fire-Boltt could soon be expanding into a new product category. A new report suggests the homegrown brand is preparing to enter the smartphone market, with its first lineup expected to debut in India as early as July 2026.

Fire-Boltt Smartphones Could Launch Under a New 'Boltt' Sub-Brand

According to an exclusive report by Smartprix, in collaboration with tipster Yogesh Brar, Fire-Boltt is planning to launch its first smartphones in July 2026. The brand is preparing to launch two to three phones, but not under the "Fire-Boltt" branding.

To keep its smartphone business distinct from its wearable lineup, the brand has reportedly created a new sub-brand called "Boltt". The upcoming smartphones are said to launch under this branding while still maintaining a clear association with the parent company.

Apart from this, the report claims that all the Fire-Boltt smartphones will be powered by Unisoc chipsets. We also get to know that the brand could price them under Rs 20,000, positioning them as affordable smartphones.

The ongoing RAM crisis has hit the smartphone market hard and if Fire-Boltt does everything right, it could really take the under Rs 20,000 smartphone segment in India by storm. Looks like Lava and Ai+ have a new competitor to look out for.

That said, at the time of writing, the brand has not officially confirmed anything yet. Given that the new Fire-Boltt phones are set to arrive as early as next month, we should hear more shortly. So, stay tuned.
