Honor X7c 5G Arrives in India with Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 Under Rs 15,000

Honor's latest offering in India is the budget X7c 5G, which targets the sub-Rs 20,000 smartphone market in India. It brings to the mix an IPS LCD display, the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor and an IP64 rating. Honor X7c 5G Specifications and Features

Given that the Honor X7c 5G is a budget device, there's not a lot going on here. For starters, the device features a 6.8-inch HD+ 8-bit 120 Hz LCD display with up to 850 nits of peak brightness.

The panel is in the 20.1:9 aspect ratio and is capable of projecting up to 16.7 million colours. It is encased within an 8.24mm body, which is IP64-rated and SGS 5-star drop resistance certified.

Under the hood, powering the device is the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset that pairs up with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. It is backed by a 5,200mAh battery with 35W fast USB-C charging.

On the software front, the Honor X7c 5G runs on Android 14-based MagicOS 8.0 right out of the box. This makes this the only smartphone to still feature Android 14 under Rs 20,000 in 2025.

Now, coming to the optics, there is a dual camera setup at the back with a 50 MP main sensor with a 2 MP depth module. The front selfie camera is a 5 MP shooter with an f/2.2 aperture.

As for connectivity options, the device comes with dual 5G SIM support along with Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Lastly, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a mono speaker setup offered with the X7c 5G

Honor X7c 5G comes with a special launch price of Rs 14,999 for the single 8 GB  + 256 GB RAM and storage option. It is listed on Amazon and will go on sale there from August 20, 2025.
