The Huawei Pura 90 series launched in China back in April 2026 with three phones: the Pura 90, Pura 90 Pro and Pura 90 Pro Max. The Huawei Pura 90 Plus is finally official in China as the fourth phone in the family and the first to use Huawei’s new Kirin 9025 chipset.
Huawei Pura 90 Plus Specifications and Features
Starting with the design, the Pura 90 Plus keeps the Pura series’ signature inverted-triangle camera module. However, unlike the flat-edged Huawei Pura 90 Pro and Pro Max, it has a curved metal frame and a rounded back.
Up front, there’s a 6.8-inch quad-curved LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 2848 x 1276 pixels, 1,440 Hz PWM dimming and a 300 Hz touch sampling rate.
Under the hood, the Pura 90 Plus is powered by the new Kirin 9025 chipset. The phone comes with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage. Software-wise, the phone runs on HarmonyOS 7.
Coming to the optics, the Pura 90 Plus has a quad-camera setup featuring a 50 MP main camera with a 1-inch sensor, a 48 MP telephoto camera, a 40 MP ultrawide angle lens and a 1.5 MP multispectral “red maple” sensor.
The phone also gets XMAGE camera features like AI Pose Recommendation, AI Assisted Composition, Super Night Scene and Ultra HD Panorama. Apart from that, the phone packs a 5,700mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 80W wireless charging.

The phone goes on sale in China on October 31, 2026. As part of Huawei’s Double 11 sale, which runs until November 30, you can get up to 300 Chinese yuan off. That brings the starting price down to 5,199 yuan (about Rs 69,700).
The phone comes in four colours: Obsidian Black, Snowy White, Sunset Purple and Dawn Gold.
