Infinix has finally launched the GT 30 5G+ smartphone in India today, that is, August 8, 2025. The device is positioned as a budget gaming smartphone with features like a 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED display, the Dimensity 7400 chipset and capacitive triggers. Infinix GT 30 5G+ Specifications and Features
Since the brand is targeting budget gamers with the Infinix GT 30 5G+, it is made to look and feel like one. The device features a gamer-esque design that the brand is calling Cyber Mecha 2.0. It features a funky back panel with customisable Mecha Lights in the middle which can be tuned for 10+ scenarios.

It is complimented with a dual rear camera setup that features a red-accented ring around the vertical camera island to complete the gaming look. One of the key gaming adding with the GT 30 5G+ are the capacitive shoulder triggers.
These gaming triggers are part of the right side of the 7.99 mm plastic mid-frame. Users can customise these triggers to activate in-game controls, camera controls, app launches and toggle video playback. The device is also lightweight at 187 grams to help users extract more gaming hours from the smartphone.

For an immersive gaming experience, the device features a 6.78-inch 1.5K 144 Hz LTPS 10-bit AMOLED panel. This display is backed by a 2,160 Hz touch sampling rate and 2,304 Hz PWM Dimming frequency. It also supports 4,500 nits of peak brightness and Corning's Gorilla Glass 7i protection.

Infinix claims that the smartphone can offer 90 FPS continuous frame rate in BGMI. Additionally, it also uses Infinix’s XBoost Gaming Engine to combat FPS drop during gaming and toggle between different performance modes. There is a dedicated Esports mode as well.

On the software front, the device runs XOS 15-based Android 15 out of the box. There is also Infinix AI powered by Folax and Deepseek R1. The brand promises users two years of software updates and three years of security patches.

When it comes to optics, the phone features a dual camera setup with a 64 MP Sony IMX682 main camera and an 8 MP ultra-wide angle lens. The selfie camera is a 13 MP fixed focus shooter.
The device is equipped with a 5,500mAh battery and supports up to 45W of wired and max 10W of reverse wired charging.

The Infinix GT 30 5G+ has been listed for Rs 19,499 for the base 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant. There is also a top-end 8 GB + 256 GB model that will cost Rs 20,999.
Both configurations are currently available to purchase via the Infinix India website and Flipkart e-commerce platform. Interested buyers can avail the device in Pulse Green, Cyber Blue and Blade White colourways. The open sale of the smartphone will begin from August 14, 2025.
Additionally, Infinix is bundling a GT Gaming Kit (includes a MagSafe charger and cooling fan) via the official website for a limited time. However, you can purchase this kit with the Infinix GT 30 Pro at an introductory price of Rs 1,199 from Flipkart.
