The Itel City 100 is being marketed as a durability monster, offering an IP64 rating. Besides, the brand also claims that the device can be operated in extreme temperature ranges between -20°C to 70°C. Although the phone is rugged, it features a thickness of 7.65 mm.
This durable body features a 6.75-inch 90 Hz HD+ IPS LCD display at the front. This panel is said to come with a High Brightness of 700 nits and NTSC colour gamut coverage of 83.5%. The device comes with a single bottom-firing speaker.
Under the hood, the Itel City 100 is powered by the Unisoc T7250 chipset. There's also 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage to make use of. Virtual RAM expansion is that of up to 8 GB.
Out of the box, the Itel City 100 runs on Android 14 OS. Itel has also rolled out its newest AI assistant, Aivana 3.0, on the City 100. With Aivana, the brand promises for users to extract text from images using a simple two-finger gesture.
Additionally, users can also easily convert images into editable Word, PDF or Excel files. The AI model also brings AI summarising and rewriting of text.

As for availability, the smartphone will only be available in offline retail stores across the subcontinent. It will be available for purchase in the Fairy Purple, Pure Titanium and Navy Blue colour options.
