If you haven't been keeping an eye out on Amazon, the Lava Bold N1 Lite has been silently listed on the ecommerce platform. More surprisingly, the entry-level phone is already up for grabs and here's all you need to know about it.
Lava Bold N1 Lite comes with entry-level specs
On the specifications front, the Bold N1 Lite is not here to impress and is quite toned down in comparison to its siblings, the Bold N1 5G and Bold N1 Pro. Instead, it aims to provide the basic smartphone experience for those transitioning from feature phones or simply looking for a secondary phone.
Either way, the big 6.75-inch HD+ 90 Hz punch-hole display is good enough to take care of the basics. Besides, the almost extinct 3.5mm headphone jack is always good to have.

Under the hood, an unspecified Unisoc chipset is powering the Lava Bold N1 Lite, paired with 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. To get some casual shots in, there's also a 13 MP AI dual rear camera setup and at the front, a 5 MP shooter for those emergency video calls. The entry-level smartphone can also record 1080p @ 30 FPS videos.
Adding some bonus value to the phone, Lava claims that it features anonymous call recording. For security, there's also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Connectivity options seem adequate enough with 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS.

Fueling it all is a big 5,000mAh battery as well, with the Lava Bold N1 Lite using a USB-C port for charging at 10W and data transfer. There's also an IP54 rating for some dust and splash resistance.
Lava Bold N1 Lite is already available for purchase
The Bold N1 Lite is priced at Rs 5,699 in India for the single 3 GB + 64 GB variant. However, there's an instant bank discount of Rs 569, which brings the price down to roughly Rs 5,128. The device can be purchased on Amazon in the Crystal Gold and Crystal Blue colour options.
