Lava has now expanded its budget smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the Yuva Smart 2. The latest budget phone from the brand offers a big 90 Hz display, decent performance for the price and is also big on battery. Here are all the details.
Lava Yuva Smart 2 Specifications and Features
The Yuva Smart 2 sports a 6.74-inch HD+ display with a 90 Hz refresh rate, offering a smoother experience compared to its predecessor.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the octa-core UNISOC 9863A processor that's paired with 3 GB of RAM and an additional 3 GB of VRAM. Storage is set at 64 GB, which is expandable up to 512 GB via microSD.

On the software front, the Lava Yuva Smart 2 runs on Android 15 Go Edition out of the box. For photography, it utilises a dual rear camera setup with a 13 MP primary lens at the helm. The secondary camera is an AI lens, which is assisted by an LED flash as well.
Meanwhile, at the front, there's a 5 MP selfie shooter. The camera offers a bunch of features like Panorama, Night Mode, Beauty Mode, etc.
Fueling it all is a 5,000mAh battery with 10W fast charging support over USB-C port. Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, face unlock, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Lava has priced the Yuva Smart 2 at Rs 6,099 in the country for the single 3 GB + 64 GB variant. The device comes in the Crystal Blue and Crystal Gold colour options.
As for availability, Lava's latest budget phone is an offline-only offering, being sold through official Lava retail stores across the country starting today.
