Homegrown audio and peripherals brand Mivi has launched its latest AI Buds in India. This is Mivi's premium offering in the audio space, with standout features like LDAC and spatial audio support. There is also the brand's human-like Mivi AI added to the mix. With that said, let's have a look at the specifications, pricing and availability details of the Mivi AI Buds.
Mivi AI Buds Specifications and Features
The Made in India Mivi AI Buds are the first to come with the brand's Mivi AI, an artificial intelligence designed to interact with users in a human-like manner.
Mivi claims that the AI assistant can interact with users in eight Indian languages – Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu. The AI assistant will be able to mimic the Indian language dialects as well.
Moreover, Mivi is offering something called "AI Avatars". These are AI agents that are trained on specific topics and can help users trigger these respective agents for expert inputs. For example, there is a Chef Avatar that provides simplified and detailed cooking recipes and tips to users. And just like that, there are four more avatars for different subjects.
Now coming to the core specifications, the earbuds come with spatial audio with 3D sound stage support, along with LDAC codec support. It also comes with up to 35dB ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) with a quad mic array for distraction-free calls and music-listening.
The earbuds themselves offer an hourglass-shaped design with a glossy metallic finish and soft silicone ear-tips. Apart from this, there is Bluetooth 5.4 support, Google Fast Pair, and up to 45 hours of playback time with the case included.
Lastly, Mivi claims that these are exclusively made for Android devices and its Mivi AI app is only available for Android. Using the application, users will be able to perform a range of actions like the ANC modes, touch controls, volume of Mivi AI, toggle the sound quality with a built-in equaliser, and more.
Mivi AI Buds Price in India and Sale Date
The Mivi AI Buds will be available in India for an asking price of Rs 6,999. The TWS earbuds are already up for pre-order via the Mivi India website and will enter open sales starting from July 4, 2025. It will be available to purchase via the Mivi website as well as via Flipkart.
Mivi AI Buds are available in Gold, Black, Bronze and Silver colourways and will come with a 1-year warranty.
