Motorola is all set to launch a new budget phone in India next week, the Moto g77 Power. The smartphone will arrive as a successor to last year's Moto g67 Power and offer an impressive set of specifications in the segment.
Moto G77 Power India Launch Date Announced
A dedicated Flipkart microsite has confirmed that the Moto g77 Power will launch in India on July 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST. The phone will embrace Motorola's signature vegan leather finish and design in Pantone-validated blue, pink and black colourways.
Alongside the launch date announcement, the brand has also revealed several key specifications of the smartphone. For starters, the Moto g77 Power will feature a big 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a punch-hole selfie camera cutout and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The display specs are identical to that of the Moto g67 Power.
To make the multimedia experience more immersive, the g77 Power will also sport Dolby Atmos-backed stereo speakers and the convenience of a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Moreover, the upcoming phone will also pack the same 7,000mAh battery capacity as its predecessor. While Motorola has not revealed the charging speed, it could be capped at 30W as well.
The Moto g77 Power's cameras are also identical to its predecessor, with the same 50 MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor and 8 MP ultra-wide angle lens in the setup. In addition, the phone retains its predecessor's 32 MP selfie shooter.
Other details like the chipset powering the phone, the memory configurations and more are currently under wraps. However, given that the Moto g77 India launch is just days away, we should hear more soon. So, stay tuned.
