Motorola Razr Fold China Launch Confirmed

Motorola recently showcased the Razr Fold at CES 2026, its first attempt at making a book-style foldable. Now, the brand is prepping for a formal launch as the teasers for the smartphone just went live in China.

The official Lenovo Motorola Weibo handle has confirmed that the Motorola Razr Fold will launch soon in China. It is said to boast impressive AI capabilities and will offer a suite of comprehensive features. Interested folks can participate in a lucky draw to stand a chance to win Motorola's first-ever book-style foldable.

As for what Motorola has in store, the Razr Fold is fitted with an 8.09-inch LTPO folding display with 2K resolution. It will feature a 6.56-inch outer screen. Both panels will be compatible with the Moto Pen Ultra stylus, which debuted at CES 2026.

Additionally, the phone is getting a stacked triple rear camera setup. It will bring a 50 MP Sony LYT main camera, a 50 MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 50 MP 3x periscope camera. For selfies, the smartphone will use a 32 MP unit on the outer display and a 20 MP shooter on the folding screen.

Aside from that, it is unclear at the time of writing what other specs the Motorola Razr Fold will offer. At launch, expect the phone to be available in Pantone Blackened Blue and Pantone Lily White colourways. Thankfully, since the phone's launch teasers are out expect to hear more details shortly.
