Nothing has finally launched the Phone (3), and the firm's calling it its first true flagship smartphone. The phone brings a lot of new features, from a new overall design to a new way to customize the device.
Nothing Phone (3) Specifications and Features
The Nothing Phone (3) boasts a 6.67-inch 1.5K 120 Hz LTPS AMOLED display that can get as bright as 4,500 nits. It's a 10-bit panel with HDR10+ certification and 2160Hz PWM dimming. It's protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. Nothing says the phone achieves thinner bezels by using a flexible AMOLED display.

Design-wise, the back of the device hosts a triple camera setup and bids adieu to the Glyph light strips for the new Glyph Matrix interface, which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
The new Glyph Interface consists of 489 individually addressable micro LEDs and supports a variety of functions, including the ability to customise it. A handful of features include Camera Countdown, Glyph Torch, and Glyph Toys. Nothing will soon open the SDK for Glyph Matrix for the community.

The Nothing Phone (3) boasts Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. It's a 4nm octa-core SoC with one prime Cortex-X4 core clocked at 3.21 GHz, while the rest are all Cortex-A720 cores clocked at 3.0 GHz. The phone gets a UFS 4.0 storage and LPDDR5X RAM.
Powering the device is a 5,500mAh Silicon Carbon battery that can charge at 65W or 15W wirelessly. It also supports 5W reverse wireless charging and 7.5W reverse wired charging.
The phone features a triple camera setup, all of them being 50 MP shooters. The primary camera is a 50 MP wide 1/1.3" snapper with an f/1.68 aperture and OIS. The secondary is a 50 MP periscope 1/2.75" with an f/2.68 aperture, OIS, and a 6x Lossless zoom. Lastly, the third one's a 50 MP ultrawide 1/2.76" with an f/2.2 aperture and 114-degree FOV with EIS. The front camera is a 50 MP unit with EIS.

Sensors and connectivity-wise, there's an in-display optical fingerprint sensor, NFC, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 6.0.
The Nothing Phone (3) arrives with Nothing OS 3.5 based on Android 15, and the firm's promising a total of seven years of security updates, with five years of major Android updates. Nothing has also moved Essential Space out of early access, and it now boasts a new feature called Flip to Record.

Then there's AI-powered Essential Search to search contacts, photos, and files effortlessly. Users can also get answers to questions, and Nothing claims it will get smarter over time.
