OnePlus Nord 6 India Launch Today: Expected Price, Specifications and Where to Buy

After weeks of teasers and a fair bit of speculation around OnePlus' roadmap, the spotlight is finally back on its most popular mid-range Nord series. The OnePlus Nord 6 is set to launch in India today, on April 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM IST, with the brand hosting a live-stream across its social media channels and Amazon. From a high-refresh-rate display and a massive battery to a powerful Snapdragon chipset, the Nord 6 appears to tick all the right boxes on paper.

The OnePlus Nord 6 is seemingly a rebranded OnePlus Turbo 6, which launched in China earlier this year. So, we have a good idea of what to expect. Apart from that the brand has also confirmed a couple of the Nord 6 specifications. 

For starters, the phone is confirmed to arrive with a 6.78 -inch 1.5K 165Hz display with support for up to 3,840Hz PWM dimming and a peak brightness of 3,600 nits. Furthermore, OnePlus has also confirmed it's baking in a dedicated Touch Reflex chip, a Spatial Audio Booster and a G2 Wi-Fi chip for better connectivity.

Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset is confirmed to power the smartphone with Adreno 835 GPU. It's a 4nm chipset which uses a tested and proven formula to deliver great performance while balancing efficiency. The internals are fueled by a whopping 9,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging and 27W reverse wired charging.

OnePlus isn't compromising on durability either as the phone is confirmed to feature IP66, IP68 and IP69K ratings, making it highly resilient against dust, water and extreme weather conditions. Optics-wise, it's confirmed to have a 50 MP main Sony sensor with OIS and 2x lossless in-sensor zoom. This is flanked by an 8 MP ultrawide snapper, while the front hosts a 32 MP camera for selfies and video calls.

OnePlus Nord 6 Price in India (Expected)

Market speculations indicate the OnePlus Nord 6 will be priced in the range of Rs 35,000 and Rs 40,000, making it a mid-range offering. Following tonight's launch event, the phone will go on sale starting April 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST, via Amazon and the official OnePlus India website.

The smartphone is expected to arrive in three colours – Fresh Mint, Holographic Quick Silver and Pitch Black. The phone will be exclusively sold via Amazon and the OnePlus India website.
