The OnePlus Nord 6 India launch was teased very recently and while the brand is yet to properly reveal details, leaks and rumours already have a lot to say. The latest leak reveals the OnePlus Nord 6 configurations and their India pricing.
OnePlus Nord 6 Price in India, RAM and Storage Options Tipped
As per veteran tipster Yogesh Brar, the OnePlus Nord 6 will ship with only two RAM and storage options - 8 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB + 256 GB. It is not going to offer a 12 GB + 512 GB configuration, unlike the OnePlus Nord 5.
Moreover, the phone will also allegedly be priced at least Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,000 more than the predecessor. Since the OnePlus Nord 5 launched with a starting price of Rs 31,999, we expect the Nord 6 to start from Rs 36,999.
It could also be that the 8 GB + 256 GB variant will cost Rs 34,999 and the 12 GB + 256 GB model will end up costing Rs 39,999. However, it remains to be seen how OnePlus prices the upcoming smartphone.
Also, another interesting takeaway from Brar's post is that the Nord 6 will not be joined by the Nord CE 6 as expected. If true, this will make this the first Nord lineup in the last three years to not offer a more affordable CE phone.
OnePlus Nord 6 Specifications (Expected)
While OnePlus is yet to reveal the design and specifications of the OnePlus Nord 6, Brar, in an older post, mentioned that the OnePlus Turbo 6 will be completely rebranded as the Nord 6 in India. This will essentially mean that Nord 6 could become the biggest battery OnePlus phone in India with a 9,000mAh capacity. It could also feature 80W fast USB-C charging and 27W reverse wired charging.
Besides battery, performance could also be a strong point of Nord 6 since it is expected to ship with the powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset and boast LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. It could also rock a 6.78-inch 1.5K 165 Hz AMOLED display, run on ColorOS 16 out of the box and have a 50 MP Sony LYT-600 main camera.
That said, since the official Nord 6 teasers have already started, we expect more details to follow shortly. So, stay tuned.
