OnePlus has launched its Nord Buds 3r budget earbuds in India today, on August 26, 2025. The earbuds arrive with 12.4 mm dynamic audio drivers and promise up to 54 hours of battery backup. Here's all you need to know about it.
OnePlus Nord Buds 3r Specifications and Features
Right out of the box, the earbuds arrive with medium eartips pre-installed, with small and large eartips inside. With the charging case, the earbuds are said to weigh roughly 47.6 grams.
Inside, the earbuds pack 12 mm dynamic audio drivers with a "titanised vibrating diaphragm." The earbuds also get OnePlus' 3D Audio feature, which "creates a 360-degree panoramic soundscape."
The OnePlus Nord Buds 3r also come with two microphones on each side that bring forth AI Noise Cancellation to its users for clarity in calls. Additionally and most importantly, the earbuds also offer AI Translation with a "simple tap". This is said to help users "break down language barriers" and possibly offer real-time translation.
Users most likely won't have to look for the charger too often with the Nord Buds 3r promising up to 54 hours of battery backup with the charging case. Without the charging case, however, the earbuds can last up to 12 hours each. Do note that OnePlus states this is with AAC turned on and at 50% of volume.
In case the earbuds run out of juice, they are said to charge in about 60 minutes. Taking the charging case into account, it can take up to 120 minutes to fully charge. Also, the brand claims that 10 minutes worth of charge can deliver up to 8 hours of playback.
Moreover, OnePlus' latest Nord series earbuds also sport Bluetooth 5.4 and support for the AAC/SBC codecs. Bonus features include Google Fast Pair support, dual-device connection, Find My Earbuds, as well as double-tap for camera control. There's also a dedicated 47ms low latency mode for gamers to take advantage of.
OnePlus Nord Buds 3r Price in India and Sale Date
The Nords Buds 3r is priced at Rs 1,799 in India and comes in the Aura Blue and Ash Black colour options. As for availability, the earbuds will go on sale in the country from September 8, 2025, at 12:00 PM IST, via the official OnePlus India website.
