OnePlus has silently launched its latest budget Android tablet in India, the Pad Lite. It features a big 11-inch IPS LCD display, packs the Helio G100 chipset and a 9,340mAh battery. Here is a quick rundown of the specifications, pricing and availability details of the OnePlus Pad Lite.
OnePlus Pad Lite Specifications and Features
Going by the specifications, the OnePlus Pad Lite seems to be a direct rebrand of the Oppo Pad SE that launched in India last month.
Starting with the display, the OnePlus Pad Lite is equipped with an 11-inch HD+ 90 Hz 10-bit IPS LCD panel with up to 180 Hz Touch Sampling Rate and up to 500 nits of peak brightness. To make the display a treat to look at, the panel is in the 16:10 aspect ratio with even bezels throughout.
The screen is also backed by TÜV Rheinland certification, low blue light levels and a flicker-free standard. It is housed within a slim 7.39 mm body, making it more comfortable to use for extended periods.
In terms of performance, the tablet uses the MediaTek Helio G100 processor. It also offers up to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
The tablet also packs a big 9,340mAh battery which the brand claims can deliver "up to 11 hours of continuous video playback or 54 hours of standby time." There's also 33W fast USB-C SUPERVOOC fast charging to make use of.
The Pad Lite is also equipped with a 5 MP camera at the front and back for casual photography and to take video calls. Additionally, the tablet offers a quad speaker setup with Hi-res audio certification. In terms of connectivity, there is Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS and an LTE variant as well.
It runs on Oxygen OS 15.0.1 based on Android 15. OnePlus claims up to 36 months of lag-free experience with the Pad Lite. The tablet also brings OnePlus' Seamless Syncing support to easily share photos, videos contacts, or other files to OnePlus smartphones. It also supports screen mirroring.
Apart from this, there is also support for Open Canvas for multitasking and a thoughtful Kids Mode that lets parents control the screen time and restrict certain app access for their kids.
OnePlus Pad Lite Price in India and Sale Date
OnePlus has launched the Pad Lite in India for Rs 12,999 for the 6 GB + 128 GB Wi-Fi only model. The top-end 8 GB + 128 GB Wi-Fi and LTE variant will be up for grabs for Rs xx,xxx.
However, do note that the launch price is inclusive of a Rs 1,000 coupon discount as well as Rs 2,000 instant bank discount offers.
