Alongside the OnePlus 15R and the Pad Go 2, OnePlus has also launched its latest Watch Lite in the UK. The new smartwatch is a toned-down variant of the OnePlus Watch 3 and brings some noteworthy specs like a brighter display, health tracking and more.

OnePlus Watch Lite Specifications and Features

Starting with the design and display, the OnePlus Watch Lite features a 1.46-inch circular AMOLED display with a 464 x 464 pixel resolution and 3,000 nits of peak brightness. It is protected by Sapphire Crystal Glass and comes with an IP68 rating.

The display is encased within a 316L stainless steel frame and measures only 8.9mm in thickness. It is also fairly lightweight at 59 grams. There is also a functional crown and a quick-access button on the right side. Users can pair the smartwatch with multiple silicone straps.

Under the hood, the OnePlus Watch Lite is powered by the BES2800BP chip and runs on OxygenOS Watch 7.1, based on RTOS. It can connect to both Android and iOS and offers dual sync features. There are also a ton of customisation options with 350+ watch faces.

Now, coming to fitness and health, the smartwatch supports up to 100+ sport modes along with upgraded algorithms for precise step tracking, stride length, movement trajectory and more. 

Health and wellness-wise, the smartwatch brings all-day heart rate tracking, 360 Mind and Body metrics, SpO2 monitoring, stress measurement, sleep tracking and more. There are also new guided breathing exercises, up to 5 ATM water resistance, dedicated women's health management and more.

Talking about battery life, the OnePlus Watch Lite is rated to last for up to 10 days on a single charge. It comes with a 330mAh battery underneath and charges via a magnetic connector within 90 minutes.

Lastly, talking about the price, the OnePlus Watch Lite has been officially listed for 159 euros (approximately Rs 15,000) in Europe. Pre-orders are now live via the OnePlus Europe website. Interested folks will be able to choose from Black Steel and Silver Steel colour options.
