Oppo F31 5G Series Key Specs Revealed Ahead of Scheduled Launch

Oppo is gearing to launch the F31 5G series in India. The brand confirmed the launch date of the lineup a few days back. Now, some of the key details of the smartphone have also been revealed ahead of launch.

The official Amazon microsite of the Oppo F31 5G series has been updated to reveal some of the key specifications of the Oppo F31 5G, the F31 Pro 5G and the F31 Pro+ 5G. For starters, the devices will feature a 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with support for 80W fast USB-C charging.

Oppo claims that the smartphones will be able to deliver up to 21.4 hours of watch time with a 5-minute charge. The brand has further claimed that the smartphones will be able to achieve up to 42% charge in just 20 minutes. All four devices will also come with 10W reverse wired charging support.

The smartphones are also going to be durable with an official triple IP66 + IP68 + IP69 rating. All the four F31 5G series smartphones will take it a notch up with 360° Armour Body protection. This is said to make the devices drop-resistant and provide robust shock absorption.

Moving on, the devices are said to bring a large vapour chamber cooling module which is said to substantially reduce the generated heat from these smartphones. The devices have further been A+ certified by SGS High-Temperature Fluency.

Under the hood, the standard Oppo F31 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. Meanwhile, the F31 Pro 5G and the F31 Pro+ 5G will draw their power from the Dimensity 7300 Energy and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipsets respectively.

All phones will ship with ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 out of the box. They are expected to bring several new AI features like AI Call Assist, AI VoiceScribe, AI Assistant for Notes, AI Translate and more.

Apart from this, on the camera side of things, the standard F31 5G will bring a dual rear camera setup with a 50 MP main camera and a 2 MP portrait lens. It will also bring a 16 MP selfie camera.

The F31 Pro and the F31 Pro+ on the other hand, will bring a 50 MP OV50D40 main sensor, and a 2 MP monochrome lens. The series is further said to support 4K @ 30 FPS video recording.

That said, the Oppo F31 5G series will go official in India on September 15, 2025. It is said to bring the Himalayan White, Gemstone Blue and Festival Pink colour options.
