Oura Ring 4 Launches in India with Advanced Health Tracking and AI-Powered Oura Advisor

Wearables maker Oura has officially unveiled the Oura Ring 4 in India, making it its first product to officially land on Indian shores. The Ring 4 brings quite a few improvements from its predecessors, with extensive health and wellness tracking and an AI-powered personal health companion.

Oura Ring 4 Specifications and Features

The Oura Ring 4 is constructed from titanium and features flush, recessed sensors for better comfort. It weighs 3.3 to 5.2 grams, depending on the size and claims to offer 5 to 8 hours of battery life on a single charge.

Its durability is backed by a 100m water resistance rating. The ring utilises multi-wavelength Smart Sensing technology to precisely monitor heart rate, HRV, SpO2, metabolic health and stress levels. Available sizes range from 4 to 15, and the ring comes in multiple finishes. Here are the detailed technical specifications:

Oura Ring 4 Price in India and Availability

To reiterate, the Oura Ring 4 is available in Silver, Black, Brushed Silver, Stealth Gold and Rose Gold shades, and in sizes 4-15. The standard Silver and Black sizes are priced at Rs 28,900, whereas the rest will set buyers Rs 39,900. Users will also need to purchase an Oura Membership at Rs 599 a month.
