Realme 15 Series Confirmed to Pack AI Edit Genie Tool

The Realme 15 and Realme 15 Pro is all set to launch in India soon. Now, ahead of its expected July launch, the Realme 15 series has been confirmed to arrive with a new AI Edit Genie tool. 

Realme took to its official X handle to tease and confirm the new feature for the upcoming phones. The "Industry-first AI Edit Genie" has been teased to bring voice-controlled AI image editing. Users will just have to "Say it" to "Edit it", the brand teases. 

The brand has showcased an example prompt that goes "Drop me into a party scene!" Additionally, we also see how the AI processing works. Once a user drops a voice prompt, it gets the AI thinking and then finally implementing the requested prompt. From what is shown, users might also be able to "Skip Thinking" altogether.

Realme also posted a video to its official India YouTube channel unveiling a couple of other example prompts like "put more swag in my outfit", "change coke to grape soda" and more. So, from changing backgrounds and attires to adding entirely new elements in your photos, this AI integration seems to be quite capable. 

From the looks of it, the AI Edit Genie feature on the Realme 15 lineup will work a lot like the text-based Reimagine feature on the Pixel 9 phones. This makes a whole lot of sense too, given that the Realme 15 lineup, like its predecessors, will be camera centric. 

We certainly do hope that the upcoming AI feature uses robust safeguards to prevent misuse. Only time will tell whether this feature turns out to be a creative helping tool or a potential cause for concern.

One thing is for sure though, this feature will definitely help the upcoming Realme 15 series stand out from the crowd. With the launch right around the corner, we hopefully won't have to wait for long to find out.
