Realme 15T with 7,000mAh Battery and 50 MP Selfie Camera Launched in India

Realme has launched a new smartphone in India today, on September 2, 2025 – the Realme 15T. Packing a massive 7,000mAh battery, it follows the recent big battery trend of phones in the segment. That said, here's a quick rundown of the phone's specifications, pricing and availability details.

Realme 15T Specifications and Features

Kicking things off with the display, the Realme 15T features a 6.57-inch Full HD+ 120 Hz AMOLED panel with 100% DCI-P3 coverage, 2,160 Hz PWM Dimming frequency and up to 4,000 nits of peak brightness.

It is encased within a slim 7.79mm chassis. It is also lightweight at 181 grams. Realme is marketing the 15T as a "compact iPhone". This is because at the back, the design of the camera module is very "iPhone-inspired" with an aluminium alloy squircle housing featuring a triple camera setup and an LED flash.

The rear panel is made out of plastic and the brand claims features a Microcrystalline Lithography for a matte fingerprint and smudge resistance texture.

Speaking of the cameras, the Realme 15T is equipped with a 50 MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2 MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. The brand has not disclosed the megapixel value of the third rear camera.

At the front, the smartphone manages to feature a 50 MP selfie shooter with an f/2.4 aperture.

Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Max 5G chipset. It is paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. It also supports microSD card storage expansion of up to 2 TB. For better thermal management, the phone also features a 6,050 mm2 vapour chamber cooling system.

Fueling it all is the big 7,000mAh battery with 60W fast charging. On the software front, the smartphone ships with Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 out of the box with several AI tools like AI Smart Loop, AI Edit Genie and more.

It even features a Dynamic Island-inspired Mini Capsule module with support for up to 10 interactive scenarios. Realme promises three years of software upgrades and four years of security updates for the smartphone.

Apart from this, the 15T brings an official triple IP66 + IP68 + IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. The device also gets an in-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers support, Bluetooth 5.4, dual-band Wi-Fi, dual 5G SIM support, GPS and a USB-C 2.0 charging cum audio port.

Realme 15T Price in India and Sale Date

All three configurations of the smartphone are available to pre-order today via the Realme India website and Flipkart. The device will enter open sales starting September 5, 2025.
