Realme is gearing up to add yet another smartphone to its Realme 16 lineup with the Realme 16T. The Realme 16T launch date in India is officially confirmed for this month and it will sit below the Realme 16 5G as a more budget-friendly offering. Key specifications of the smartphone have also been confirmed and it will flaunt a massive battery, fast charging and 5G connectivity.
Realme 16T Launch Date in India Announced
The official Realme India website and a dedicated Flipkart microsite has confirmed that the Realme 16T will launch in India on May 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST. The biggest highlight with the upcoming phone is its 8,000mAh battery, which Realme claims can last for up to 3 days with continuous usage.
In terms of design, the Realme 16T will ship with the camera cutout of the Realme 16 Pro while the colour options seem closely borrowed from the Realme 16, especially the Aurora Green variant. It will also be available in Starlight Red and Starlight Black colour options.
Aside from that, the phone is confirmed to feature a 6.8-inch display, bring 45W fast USB-C charging, Bypass Charging support and an 8.8mm mid-frame.
