The Realme P4R has launched in India as an affordable 5G smartphone under Rs 20,000. For the most part, the smartphone is identical to the previously launched Realme 16T in terms of specifications.

The biggest difference between the Realme P4R and the Realme 16T is the design. While the Realme 16T took a more unconventional route with a squircle camera module at the back, the Realme P4R is more subtle. The P4R also replaces the selfie mirror with what the brand is calling an "AI Pulse Light", which acts as an RGB indicator for incoming calls, notifications and more.
Under the hood, the Realme P4R is powered by the same Dimensity 6300 chipset. We also see it feature the same HD+ LCD display as the Realme 16T. Then there's the 50 MP GC50F6 AI main camera sensor with an 8 MP selfie shooter at the front.
The biggest highlight is understandably that massive 8,000mAh battery, which is what the 16T packed as well. The Realme P4R also retains the 45W fast charging support, making things a little more convenient.

However, interested buyers can get an instant Rs 2,000 discount on the phone and bring the effective starting price down to Rs 16,999.
