Realme has silently launched a new P4x 4G smartphone in Malaysia, a follow-up to the Realme P4x 5G. It, as the name states, brings 4 G connectivity, along with some budget specs and a massive battery capacity, positioning it for those looking for a solid 4G phone.
Realme P4x 4G Specifications and Features
The Realme P4x 4G features a 6.8-inch HD+ (1570 x 720 pixels) LCD display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz. Additionally, this panel can deliver an HBM of 900 nits and a typical brightness of 700 nits. There's also Gorilla Glass protection.
Talking about its design, the P4x 4G flaunts what the brand is calling an "Aero Racing Design" with an AI Pulse Light integrated in the rear camera module. This Pulse Light is to alert users of incoming calls and notifications and is also customisable with nine colour options.

The phone is 8.78 mm thick and weighs about 219 grams. This thickness and bulk come from the massive 8,000mAh battery inside. Now, that's a solid upgrade over the 7,000mAh battery fueling the Realme P4x 5G. However, charging speeds remain the same at 45W.
Further, the Realme P4x 4G is also amongst the many durable budget Realme phones with an IP64 rating and 360° tough ArmorShell Protection.

Under the hood, the Realme P4x 4G is powered by the Unisoc T7250 processor, paired with 4 GB of LPDDR4X and up to 256 GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. The phone also ships with Realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16 out of the box.
In terms of cameras, the phone features a single 50 MP main camera and a 5 MP selfie camera at the back. On the connectivity front, the phone comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a bottom-firing speaker, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 5, dual-SIM 4G, GPS, GLONASS and a USB-C 2.0 port.
As for the Realme P4x 4G price, the 4 GB + 256 GB variant costs 799 Malaysian ringgit (approximately Rs 18,200). It also comes in a 4 GB + 64 GB model. The phone comes in Phantom Navy and Rally White colourways.
