Redmi is back again with a new launch and this time, it is the budget-focused Redmi 15A 5G in India. The phone has been teased to launch this month and is going to pack a massive battery, a fast display and an octa-core processor, all for under Rs 10,000.
Redmi 15A 5G Launching in India Next Week
As per the official Redmi India handle on X, the Redmi 15A 5G will launch in India on March 27, 2026. It is being marketed as the "Hero" device in its segment with leading display, battery and performance.
The smartphone has been confirmed to feature a large 120 Hz LCD display, which is said to be the largest and smoothest in its price segment. The phone has also been revealed to ship with a massive 6,300mAh battery capacity and draw its power from an octa-core 5G chipset.
Moreover, Redmi 15A 5G will bring dual rear cameras to the table, backed by AI and will also champion durability with an official IP rating for dust and water resistance. It will launch in Black, Blue and Pink colourways and will bring affordable and quick repairs via expansive customer care support in India.
Aside from this info, no other details for the upcoming phone have been shared at the moment. It will be positioned below the already launched Redmi 15 5G and Redmi 15C 5G and could start from Rs 10,000.
