According to the post, the Galaxy A06 will feature a 6.7-inch PLS LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate. It looks like the display will be surrounded by even bezels on the sides and a relatively thick chin. At the top of the panel, there will most likely be a teardrop-shaped selfie notch.
Meanwhile, the renders also reveal a dark green, silver and black colour option. There are also vertical texture lines running all across the back panel, which was seen on the Galaxy A06 as well. While the camera lens' top-left placement remains the same, they're now placed on an oval black island.
The device will be backed by the MediaTek Helio G99 budget mobile processor and a 5,000mAh battery. It will also support 15W USB-C charging. The device is expected to ship with Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box. However, it will interestingly get up to six years of software support.

In the camera department, Ambhore claims that the device will feature a dual rear camera setup with a 50 MP main sensor and a 2 MP depth module. It will also bring an 8 MP selfie shooter to the table.
Apart from this, the smartphone is expected to be IP54 rated for dust and water resistance along with support for Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, A 3.5 mm headphone jack and dual SIM support. Users will also likely get the option to expand the onboard storage via microSD card expansion.
With that said, based on the specifications, Samsung seems to be targeting the sub-Rs 10,000 audience in India. To recall, the 2024 Samsung Galaxy A06 launched in India for Rs 9,999. So, expect a similar pricing from the brand this time around as well. We will know for sure once the smartphone goes official in the Country.
