The Samsung Galaxy A57 5G launched in India back in March 2026 with the Exynos 1680 chipset. Now, details about its successor, the Samsung Galaxy A58, have started to surface. The upcoming phone's camera setup has leaked for the first time ever and well, it could surprise fans.

Samsung Galaxy A58 Could Mimic Galaxy A57's Camera Setup

According to Dutch publication GalaxyClub, the Samsung Galaxy A58 will reportedly feature a 50 MP main camera, a 12 MP ultra-wide lens and a 5 MP macro sensor on the back. On the front, the phone is tipped to get a 12 MP selfie shooter.

If that sounds familiar, this is because it is exactly the same camera setup that the Samsung Galaxy A57 brought a few months back. The report also says the 5 MP macro sensor is the same one Samsung has been using since the Galaxy A51 back in 2020. Unfortunately, there’s no sign of a telephoto lens either.

Samsung Galaxy A58 Expected Launch Timeline and Price

Based on early reports, the Samsung Galaxy A58 is expected to launch in spring 2027, most likely in March or April. This is in line with the launch of the "Galaxy A" series phones, since the Galaxy A57 also launched in March 2026.

As for the price, GalaxyClub thinks the Galaxy A58 could get more expensive due to the ongoing RAM crisis. Samsung recently increased the Galaxy A57’s price in India (launched for Rs 56,999; now starts at Rs 62,999) and since there is no sign of the RAM crisis ending soon, a price bump for the A58 wouldn’t be surprising.

However, keep in mind that these are early details. Samsung could still change things before launch, so take this with a pinch of salt. We will report more once official details are out. So, stay tuned.
