Skullcandy has launched two new products in India – Crusher Wireless headphones and Sesh ANC Active earbuds. Both products are part of the brand's premium audio offering, ranging from, Rs 5,999 to Rs 9,999. Skullcandy Crusher Specifications and Features
The Crushers Wireless are over-ear headphones featuring 40mm drivers with 32 ohms impedance and an estimated frequency response range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz.
It comes with an all-plastic build with soft foam earcups, an adjustable headrest and collapsible arms. There is also cushioning on the headrest for a comfortable and snug fit, and it weighs around 275 grams. It even has physical buttons to control the volume, calls and track selection, and a one-press solution to activate digital AI assistants.
The headphones feature a dual-mic array for background noise reduction and suppression during calls. It even supports ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) with adjustable bass levels.
In terms of connectivity, there is Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless listening (up to 10 meters) and a built-in USB Type-C charging/audio port and a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired connectivity.
Apart from this, Skullcandy claims up to 50 hours of battery life with the Crusher headphones. It can offer up to 3 hours of playback time with 10 minutes of charge.
Skullcandy Sesh ANC Active Specifications and Features
Coming to the Sesh ANC Active earbuds TWS, it comes with 12mm dynamic drivers with a four mic array and Mimi audio certification. As the name suggests, there is ANC available during calls as well as during audio playback. Skullcandy claims up to 28 hours of playback time with ANC on and up to 48 hours of continuous listening without ANC.
Users will be able to further tune the sound quality of the earbuds using the dedicated Skullcandy app on Android and iOS. For instance, there is a 5-Band custom equalizer (EQ) as well as pre-sets for genre-specific listening like podcasts, movies, live concerts, and more.
In terms of connectivity, there is support for Bluetooth 5.3, Google Fast Pair, multipoint pairing and wear detection.
Apart from this, one nifty feature that the Sesh ANC Active earbuds offer is the ability to use only one of the earbuds at a time. It is also IP67 rated and comes with fast charging support. Skullcandy claims that a 10 minute charge can offer up to 2 hours of playback time.
