If there is one brand that is still bullish on the whole slim phone trend, it is Tecno. It has launched a bunch of slim smartphones before and is now back again with the Tecno Camon Slim. As expected, it comes with less than 7 mm of thickness while still managing to pack a big 1.5K display, a large battery and a mini LED matrix at the back.
Tecno Camon Slim Specifications and Features
Kicking things off with the design, it is the first thing that's immediately noticeable with the Tecno Camon Slim. It brings a curved unibody look with five visually striking colourways - Prism Black, Burgundy Red, Jungle Green, New Mondrian and Van Gogh Blue. The phone is just 6.39 mm thick.
It looks similar to the Tecno Pova Slim with its iPhone Air-like camera bar. However, it now includes a discrete dot matrix LED display on the camera island, which comprises 354 individual monochrome LED lights. It can display 30+ widgets, act as a glance screen for calls, texts, notifications, ambient lighting and more.

As for the rest of the specs, the phone features a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1224 x 2720 pixels) AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is powered by the Helio G200 Ultimate processor and is paired with 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. On the software front, the phone ships with HiOS 16.2 based on Android 16 out of the box.
Talking about battery, the Tecno Camon Slim packs a 5,600mAh cell with support for 60W fast USB-C charging. For cameras, the phone relies on a 50 MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor and a secondary flicker lens. At the front, there is a 32 MP selfie shooter.
Apart from that, the phone gets military-grade durability, IP68 + IP69 rating, in-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, GPS, NFC, dual-SIM support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB-C 2.0 port.
Pricing and availability details of the phone are still under wraps and we should learn more about them soon. So, stay tuned.
