Tecno has launched its latest Pova 7 series of which includes five smartphones – Pova 7, Pova 7 5G, Pova 7 Pro, Pova 7 Ultra, and Pova Curve. The Pova 7 Ultra is the most powerful phone in the series, whereas the Pova Curve is the slimmest.
The Pova 7 Ultra is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate with 6,000 mAh battery, 70W fast charging, and 30W wireless charging. It features a 1.5k 144Hz AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits.

The back of the device features, what Tecno calls – Interstellar Spaceship Design. It features an LED strip around the camera that pulsates when users receive notifications, with many other functions. There's also dual speakers with Dolby Atmos and many gaming features on offer.
The Tecno Pova Curve is already available in India for Rs 15,999 for the 6 GB + 128 GB variant. It comes with Dimensity 7300 Ultimate and a 144 Hz 1.5k LTPO AMOLED display.
The Pova 7 series runs on HiOS 15 based on Android 15. Tecno says it brings more customisation options, including personalised icons and fonts. The firm also includes AI features like the Ella smart assistant that can help users schedule tasks, or summarise and rewrite texts.
There's also a call assistant that Tecno calls Full-Link which can translate calls, cancel noise, answer calls automatically, and generate call summaries. There's AI studio and image generation tools, including editing tools like AI Eraser, image extender, and AIGC Portrait 2.0.
Finally, the series also features Google's Circle to Search feature, using which users can draw a circle on the screen to quickly search for things on the screen.
The Pova 7 series will be available later this month in India, Middle East, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Latin America. The exact pricing and date of availability are still unknown but they could be revealed later down the line. Besides, Tecno is also expected to bring a wireless magnetic powerbank alongside wireless earbuds.
