Tecno Spark Go 5G Launched in India with a 6,000mAh Battery

The Tecno Spark Go 5G has finally launched in India with key specs like a 6,000mAh battery, 50 MP camera, IP64 rating and more. Here is a quick rundown of the core details, pricing and availability information of the smartphone.

Tecno Spark Go 5G Specifications and Features

The Spark Go 5G features a 6.74-inch 120 Hz HD+ IPS LCD display with a centre punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The display sits on a 7.99mm-thick body.

At the back, the design of the smartphone is a familiar to the Lava Blaze AMOLED 2 5G which launched in India a while back. There's an edge-to-edge rectangular horizontally aligned camera bar that is home to a dual camera setup, an LED flash and the "50 Megapixel AI Camera" branding.

The camera module of the Tecno Spark Go 5G houses a 50 MP main camera and an undisclosed secondary sensor. On the front, there is a 5 MP selfie shooter. Apart from this, the smartphone has a flat profile with three hues to choose from.

Powering the latest Tecno smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset. It is paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. There's also a 6,000mAh battery inside. It charges via a 15W USB-C adapter included in the box.

On the software side, the device ships with HiOS 15 based on Android 15 and offers some nifty software features. For instance, there is a new "no network communication" feature that uses Bluetooth to communicate with nearby devices in areas with bad network.

Also, added to the mix is Tecno's in-house AI assistant, Ella, which can communicate in multiple regional languages like Bengali, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and more.

Lastly, the device also offers some standout features like IP64 dust and water resistance rating, mono speaker with DTS audio, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, Dual SIM 5G connectivity, a 3.5mm headphone jack, side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a USB-C 2.0 port.

Tecno Spark Go 5G Price in India and Sale Date

The Tecno Spark Go 5G will retail for Rs 9,999 for the sole 4 GB + 128 GB variant. It will go on sale starting August 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM IST via Flipkart. Interested buyers will be able to choose from Ink Black, Sky Blue and Turquoise Green colour options.
