When it comes to premium mid-range smartphones, Vivo's "V" series has gained quite a lot of popularity recently. With the V60 and the V60e, the smartphone brand managed to deliver some noteworthy specs at competitive price points. Now, a new leak hints at the existence of a Vivo V70 FE smartphone which could add something new to the upcoming V70 series next year.
Vivo V70 FE tipped to launch in 2026
According to tipster Paras Guglani's tech publication Passionategeekz, Vivo is reportedly prepping a new V70 FE smartphone, where "FE" stands for Fan Edition. If this naming scheme sounds familiar, it's because we saw the launch of Vivo's first-ever FE phone this year in the form of the Vivo X200 FE.

Now, reports suggest that the V70 FE will mark the launch of the first Fan Edition phone under the "V" portfolio of smartphones in 2026. This means that the Vivo V70 series next year could contain three models – the standard V70, the toned-down V70e (V70 Lite for global markets) and the all-new V70 FE.

At the time of writing, it is unclear how Vivo will position the new FE smartphone. Since the V-series is devoid of a "Pro" model, the V70 FE could very well take that spot. Hence, expect the yet-to-be-confirmed smartphone to feature superior specs compared to the V70 and the V70e (aka V70 Lite).
As for what exactly the new smartphone will bring, it is unclear at the moment. This is the first time we have heard about the existence of the V70 FE. Since the V70 lineup is not expected to go live in India and globally before Q1 2026, there is still plenty of time for the smartphone to crop up via leaks.
