Vivo Y31 Series with 4K Video Recording and 6,500mAh Battery Launched in India

Vivo has officially expanded its budget Y-series lineup in India with the launch of the Vivo Y31 and Y31 Pro 5G. The devices aim to bring 5G connectivity, long battery life and rugged durability in the segment.

Vivo Y31 Series Specifications and Features

The regular Vivo Y31 5G features a 6.68-inch display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and up to 1,000 nits peak brightness. Under the hood, it's powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, which is paired with up to 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. The phone sports a 50 MP main camera, 2 MP bokeh camera and an 8 MP front shooter. Fueling it all is a 6,500mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. There's also a dual IP68/69 rating and dual speakers to round off the package. 

Meanwhile, the higher-end Vivo Y31 Pro 5G utilises the Dimensity 7300 chipset and comes with 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. While it offers the same battery capacity as the standard model, it flaunts a slimmer 8.09mm profile (8.39mm on Y31), a dynamic light design and 4K @ 30 FPS video recording support. Like the standard model, it's built to withstand drops and shocks with military-grade certification and the same IP rating. 

Vivo Y31 Series Price in India and Availability

Both Vivo phones are already available on Amazon, the official Vivo India store and offline partner retail stores. Interested buyers can also get instant bank discounts of Rs 1,000 on the Y31 and Rs 1,500 on the Y31 Pro. No-cost EMI options of three months can also be availed.

While the Y31 comes in the Rose Red and Diamond Green colourways, the Pro comes in the Mocha Brown and Dreamy White colour options.
