TCL CSOT exclusively supplies Real RGB displays for Xiaomi 17 Ultra
A new TCL Central report has revealed that the newly launched Xiaomi 17 Ultra is fitted with the Real RGB display from TCL CSOT. It has been the exclusive display vendor of the brand for the entire Xiaomi 17 series - Xiaomi 17, Xiaomi 17 Pro, Xiaomi 17 Pro Max and Xiaomi 17 Ultra.

For those unaware, contrary to conventional OLED panels, the Real RGB display of TCL uses a dedicated red, green, and blue sub-pixel for each pixel within the panel. This helps devices with this OLED to improve text sharpness and overall image clarity. It is also an efficient way to achieve 2K resolution with an official luminous efficiency of 82.1 cd/A.
The Xiaomi 17 Ultra features a 6.9-inch 2K 120 Hz LTPO 12-bit OLED display. This particular specification cluster results in up to 26% energy savings and a brighter panel with 3,500 nits of peak brightness. Moreover, Xiaomi has specifically tuned the panel to display LOFIC HDR for accurate dynamic range reproduction.
