Last month, Indian smartphone brand Ai+ expanded its smartphone portfolio with the launch of the Ai+ Nova 2 and Nova 2 Ultra in India. Now, the brand has confirmed it is adding two more devices to the "Nova 2" lineup in the form of the Ai+ Nova 2 Neo 5G and the Ai+ Nova 2 Pro 5G.
Ai+ Nova 2 Neo 5G and Nova 2 Pro 5G India Launch Teased
Two new Flipkart microsites are now live in India, confirming the arrival of the Ai+ Nova 2 Neo 5G and Ai+ Nova 2 Pro 5G. Both phones are positioned as an expansion of the existing Nova 2 portfolio and has been added to the mix due to the high demand and popularity of the Ai+ Nova 2 and Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra.
While Ai+ has not revealed any detail about the two phones, the microsite does hint at what all they could offer. For starters, the Ai+ Nova 2 Neo 5G is said to be an entry-level offering which focuses on delivering the core features, accessible design and experience of the Nova 2 lineup to a wider consumer base.
As for the Ai+ Nova 2 Pro 5G, it is clearly positioned at the upper mid-range segment with focus on performance, display, battery and camera. The teaser image also partially reveals the design of the smartphone, which appears to bear a dual pill-shaped rear camera setup and some slit vents on the top-right side.
It is unclear if they are for design or hint at the presence of an active cooling fan inside. As for the rest, the phone appears to position the volume buttons and the power button on the right side of the phone. Also, based on the teaser image, it seems like Ai+ plans to target creators, travellers and working professionals with the Ai+ Nova 2 Pro 5G.
That said, more details are awaited for the Ai+ Nova 2 Neo 5G and the Ai+ Nova 2 Pro 5G. Since they have been teased close to May end, we expect them to launch sometime in June 2026, with more details arriving in the next few weeks. So, stay tuned.
