Ai+ has taken the wraps off two new smartphones – Ai+ Nova 2 Pro 5G and Nova 2 Neo 5G. These are budget 5G smartphones that sit right below the brand's Ai+ Nova 2 Ultra as more affordable offerings.

Ai+ Nova 2 Pro 5G, Nova 2 Neo 5G Specifications and Features

Starting with the design of the new Ai+ phones, the Ai+ Nova 2 Neo features a shiny back design with glow lines running across from top to bottom. There's a vertical camera island which looks like it houses two lenses alongside a glowing LED ring. 

The Ai+ Nova 2 Pro is slightly thicker at 8 mm and weighs around 213 grams, whereas the Nova 2 Neo measures 7.79 mm and weighs just shy of 206 grams.

The Nova 2 Pro also has a cleaner back panel design with a smaller vertical camera island and customisable rear panel lights, which alert users to incoming calls and notifications. The LED flash is located just beside the cameras on both phones, and they both arrive in a myriad of colourways. 

Coming to the display, the Ai+ Nova 2 Pro 5G features a 6.9-inch FHD+ 120 Hz LCD display, whereas the Nova 2 Neo features a 6.74-inch HD+ 90 Hz LCD display.

When it comes to performance, the Nova 2 Pro features a Dimensity 7100 chipset, whereas the Neo settles for the less capable Dimensity 6300 processor. Complementing the performance on the Ai+ Nova 2 Pro 5G is up to 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage, whereas the Nova 2 Neo 5G packs up to 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.

On the software front, both phones run on Android 16-based NxtQuantum OS. Both phones also flaunt a dedicated AI key for instant smart access to its AI features.

Optics-wise, while both phones feature a 48 MP Sony IMX582 primary snapper, the Nova 2 Pro features an additional 8 MP ultrawide, alongside a 13 MP front camera. Meanwhile, the Neo's front camera maxes out at 8 MP.

Both phones feature a 6,000mAh battery, but the Ai+ Nova 2 Pro offers faster 33W fast charging. On the other hand, the Nova 2 Neo is capped at 18W charging speeds.

Buyers can score an additional Rs 1,000 off on select banks, bringing the price of the Nova 2 Pro 5G down to Rs 14,999 and the price of Nova Neo 5G down to Rs 11,999. The phones will be available in five colourways – Black, Blue, Green, Purple (Orange in Neo) and Red. 

Both phones will be available to purchase from June 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST, via Flipkart.
