Looks like the second week is going to be equally packed, as we will see at least five phones launch in India.

The Xiaomi 17 and 17 Ultra India launch is undoubtedly the most anticipated entry this week. This flagship lineup is centred around professional-grade photography, featuring Leica-tuned optics.

The Xiaomi 17 Ultra is the highlight, boasting a setup led by a 200 MP periscope lens, accompanied by a Leica‑tuned 1‑inch dynamic ultra camera with LOFIC HDR technology. Both phones are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.

Beyond that, the phones offer premium LTPO 120 Hz AMOLED displays with staggering peak brightness levels. The Xiaomi 17 will take the more compact route with a 6.31-inch panel, while the Ultra will go massive with a 6.9-inch screen.

The Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra India pricing is expected to see inflation this year, with the base model starting at around Rs 1,00,000. Both phones will be available via Amazon.

4. iQOO Z11x 5G and Lava Bold 2 5G (Thursday, March 12)

The week concludes with the launch of the iQOO Z11x 5G and Lava Bold 2 5G. The Z11x 5G is built for power users with its Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset and massive 7,000mAh battery. It is expected to retail at around Rs 22,999

Meanwhile, the Lava Bold 2 5G aims to be "Brighter, Slimmer, Bolder" than the first Lava Bold. However, the brand has only teased the design so far and nothing else is known about the phone for now. It could be priced under Rs 15,000 in the country.

Both phones will be available to purchase via Amazon.

With such a diverse range of phones hitting the shelves, March 9-15 is clearly the right time in case you're looking to upgrade. Whether you are looking to capture professional-grade photos and videos with the Xiaomi 17 series or just need a solid budget 5G phone that lasts all day and then some with the Oppo K14, there will be a specialised option for every type of user this week.
