As part of its annual celebration of Black history, culture and community in the US, the brand has launched its latest Black Unity Collection. Most importantly, it's coming to India as well. The highlight this year is a special-edition Apple Watch Black Unity Braided Solo Loop band, which users can pair with their Apple Watch starting next week.
Apple Black Unity Braided Solo Loop Flaunts Pan-African Flag Colours
The new Apple Watch band has been created in collaboration with Apple designers from Black communities and independent collaborators. It brings a braided recycled polyester yarn look featuring the Pan-African flag colours and is woven with polyester threads using precise machinery. This brings an amalgamation of red, green and black shades, providing a layered and cohesive look.
Users can pair the band with both the 42mm and 46mm case sizes of Apple Watches, while also being compatible with 44mm, 45mm, 46mm and 49mm watches. It works with Apple Watch Series 4 and later, the newly launched Apple Watch SE and the Apple Watch Ultra (46mm only).
As for the Apple Black Unity Braided Solo Loop price, it is available to purchase for Rs 9,500 via the Apple Store and the Apple Store app. Users will also be able to visit physical Apple retail outlets in Noida and Delhi next week to purchase the Apple Black Unity Braided Solo Loop band.
