In the handheld gaming and PC world, Ayaneo is a familiar name. From high-end mini PCs to powerful portable gaming consoles, the Chinese tech brand has made a name for itself in the space. Now, the brand is looking to make a dent in the smartphone space as well, with its debut phone.
Ayaneo's debut gaming phone is incoming
The official Ayaneo handle on X has revealed that it is going to enter the already competitive smartphone space with its first ever gaming phone. The brand claims that the upcoming smartphone will be made, keeping gamers at the heart of it. It has even shared an image of what looks like the almost-confirmed design of the smartphone. Looks like we will soon have a new entry to the list of best gaming phones.
It looks like Ayaneo will add a triple rear camera setup to the phone, devoid of a camera deco. It will be located in the top-left corner of the smartphone. Furthermore, it will have the "AYANEO" branding in the bottom-right corner and will also feature a metal frame.
Aside from that, the brand has not shared any other details regarding the upcoming smartphone. There is a high chance that the phone will launch under the "Ayaneo Remake" portfolio of products, which are aimed at reviving old gaming tech with a fresh makeover.
Moreover, since it is a gaming phone, we expect the brand to go all in when it comes to the specifications. So, expect to see the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor coupled with a high refresh rate AMOLED display, top-tier cooling system and gaming essentials like physical trigger buttons and more.
That said, it will be interesting to see how Ayaneo differentiates itself from the competition, especially when smartphones like the Redmagic 11 Pro and the Nubia Z80 Ultra exist.
