Nothing's sub-brand, CMF, appears to be readying a significant successor to its popular CMF Phone 2 Pro. New leaks regarding the CMF Phone 3 Pro have surfaced via tech publication Android Headlines, suggesting the brand is moving away from its budget roots toward a more premium, "Pro" experience.
CMF Phone 3 Pro Specifications Could Address Key Pain Points
As per the leak, the most notable upgrade is under the hood. While the CMF Phone 2 Pro used Dimensity 7300 Pro, the CMF Phone 3 Pro could be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset.
Well, this is the same chipset that powers the recently launched Nothing Phone (4a) and is a significant performance leap from the Dimensity 7300 Pro.

Besides, CMF could bump the battery and charging speeds, too. The Phone 3 Pro will reportedly charge at 45W (up from 33W), and may feature a bigger 5,500mAh battery (up from 5,000mAh).
On the front, the smartphone could sport an AMOLED panel with specifications similar to those of its predecessor. However, CMF is said to switch to a metal frame instead of plastic, giving it a more premium in-hand feel. Software-wise, the phone should come with Nothing OS 4.1 based on Android 16 out of the box.

The rear panel also appears to be changing slightly. According to a rough diagram of the phone, the LED flash is being shifted and the third lens will reportedly be spaced further from the primary vertical camera stack on the left side of the phone. The camera specifications themselves are unknown at this moment, but we expect CMF to stick to the main + telephoto + ultrawide setup.
We are yet to see official renders or more concrete rumours about the smartphone, so we suggest taking these leaks with a grain of salt. CMF Phone 2 Pro launched in April 2025 and the brand should start teasing the upcoming smartphone soon via its social media channels, so stay tuned.
