Nothing's sub-brand, CMF, has finally launched the Watch 3 Pro for global markets. It features a familiar circular AMOLED display as its predecessor but comes with improvements like dual-band GPS and new gesture shortcuts. Here is a detailed specification rundown, along with the pricing and availability details of the CMF Watch 3 Pro.
CMF Watch 3 Pro Specifications and Features
Starting with the display and design, the CMF Watch 3 Pro maintains the circular form factor of its predecessor. However, it features a relatively larger 1.43-inch circular 60 Hz AMOLED display and brighter with up to 670 nits of peak brightness. For reference, the Watch Pro 2 features a 1.32-inch display with 620 nits of peak brightness.

The display bezels also seem to have been reduced in comparison to the Watch Pro 2. Nothing claims the Watch 3 Pro can support 120+ dynamic, interactive and static watch faces.
It features a lug-to-lug width of 47 mm and is encased within a brushed aluminium chassis. The display bezel is also made up of metal and just like the predecessor, it is interchangeable here as well. However, do note that these extra top bezels are sold separately by Nothing.

This time around, Nothing is also offering two new silicone strap designs. Apart from this, the watch comes in the Dark Grey, Light Grey and Orange colourways. The Orange variant is the heaviest at 52.4 grams and measures 25.8 x 4.7 x 1.45 cm. Meanwhile, the Light Grey variant is the lightest at 51 grams and is the thickest at 1.52 cm. The Dark Grey is the middle ground weighing 51.9 grams and the slimmest at 1.44 mm.
In the battery department, the Watch 3 Pro gets a 350mAh cell, with up to 13 days of battery life. That's certainly more capacity in comparison to the Watch Pro 2's 305mAh unit. As for charging, the Watch 2 Pro can go from 0% to 100% in 90 minutes and charges via the proprietary pogo-pin charger.
Coming to the fitness, wellness and health features, the Watch 3 Pro is powered by Nothing's Smart Movement Algorithm, with support for more than 120 sports modes and automatic recognition of 5 sports. It also includes fitness tracking, 3D animation warm-up guides and more.

Speaking of tracking, the Watch 3 Pro is equipped with a dual-band GPS system along with several other sensors like Accelerometer, Proximity sensor, Gyroscope, Ambient Light sensor, Heart Rate sensor, SPO2 monitoring and Blood Oxygen sensor.
Health monitoring features include continuous tracking of heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), stress levels, sleep, and menstrual cycles. For comprehensive health insights, users can seamlessly link the watch with Apple Health, Strava and Google Health Connect.

Apart from this, the smartwatch features IP68 rating, Bluetooth 5.3, Essential News, a functional crown, gesture controls, notification alerts, remote camera control, and weather updates. The CMF Watch 3 Pro is compatible with both Android and iOS and can be paired with the Nothing X app.
