Screenless fitness trackers are trending big time in 2026. Just last week, Google launched the Fitbit Air in India, and Noise launched the REP Band earlier this year. Now Garmin is joining the party with the Garmin Cirqa smart band, a premium Whoop competitor.
Garmin Cirqa Specifications and Features
The Garmin Cirqa is a screenless smart band, and it does not show the time or notifications. Instead, the band quietly tracks health and fitness data in the background, and all of that is made available via the Garmin Connect app on Android and iPhone.
The idea is similar to the Whoop band, the Google Fitbit Air and the Noise REP Band. Its primary function is to give users detailed health tracking without the distractions of a screen. The band uses a soft fabric ComfortFit strap, and the tracker itself is made of fibre-reinforced polymer. It measures 27 x 47 x 9 mm.

In terms of fitness and wellness features, the Garmin Cirqa packs Garmin's heart rate sensor, a Pulse Ox sensor and an accelerometer. With these, the screenless band can track the following health metrics:
- 24/7 heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV)
- Body Battery energy levels
- Stress and respiration
- Skin temperature
- Hydration tracking
- Women's health, including menstrual cycle and pregnancy tracking
- Fitness age
- Advanced sleep tracking with sleep score, sleep coach and nap detection

Moreover, alongside the exhaustive list of health and wellness features, the Garmin Cirqa also brings Garmin's popular training features, including:
- Training Readiness and Training Status
- VO2 Max
- Recovery Time
- Workout Benefit
- 80+ activity types with automatic activity detection
The band also supports Connected GPS, which uses the phone's GPS to track outdoor runs and rides. In terms of battery, the Garmin Cirqa can last for up to 10 days on a single charge. It's also rated 5 ATM for water resistance, so you can wear it in the shower or while swimming.

Garmin Cirqa Price in India and Availability
The Garmin Cirqa is priced at Rs 25,990 in India and is available to purchase on the official Garmin India website in two sizes:
- S-M (120–200mm wrist): Mauve, French Grey, Black, and Captain Blue
- L-XL (145–240mm wrist): Captain Blue, Mauve, and Black
This makes the Garmin Cirqa a direct competitor to Whoop. However, its biggest advantage over Whoop is that it does not need an active subscription to work. All the health and fitness features listed above work for free.
That said, Garmin also offers an optional Garmin Connect+ subscription. It adds guided workouts, AI-powered insights, meditation, nutrition tracking, and coaching plans. However, they are not necessary to use the band.
