Homegrown smart wearable brand Noise has launched its newest wearable product, the Noise REP Band. Designed to be a simple, screenless fitness tracker, it joins the growing demand for minimal and lightweight health trackers, without adding the bulk of a smartwatch.
Noise REP Band Specifications and Features
Unlike other health trackers, the Noise REP Band stands out due to its simplicity and screenless design. It is meant to blend into the user's background while still actively monitoring health metrics and offering meaningful insights. The "REP" name stands for Recover, Elevate and Perform.
The tracker itself comes with a dual-layer design, where the top "clasp" is made out of dual-finish stainless steel. Noise is using a dual Twill design for the tracker's band, ensuring a snug fit and easy sweat-drying, making it ideal for every skin type and workout sessions. It is also lightweight at just 27 grams.

Speaking of workouts, the brand says it is using a circular sensor stack, featuring four photodiodes, four green LEDs and four multi-wavelength LEDs for accurate reading and active tracking. Noise says the REP Band has been calibrated using real-world Indian data across Fitzpatrick skin types II through VI, directly addressing the diverse skin tones and hair growth patterns that can cause signal drop-off on global devices.
In outdoor running trials, the brand claims the REP Band has achieved reference-grade accuracy against a Polar chest strap, recording a mean difference of just -0.06 BPM in a formal Bland-Altman analysis, with 95.8% of readings falling within agreement limits.
Paired with its 6-axis motion sensors, the Noise REP can auto-detect running, walking, cycling, elliptical, rowing and other workout modes. It also filters out kinetic noise for clean data during intensive movement or sleep.

The tracker uses three key biomarkers to measure health and wellness data: Sleep, Recovery and Effort. All the data is synced and accessible via the NoiseFit companion app on both Android and iOS platforms. The brand has confirmed that users will not need any form of subscription to make the tracker work or access health and wellness data.
The companion app also allows users to access an AI-powered Coach, which brings personalised fitness coaching and can offer key insights on sleep, stress and recovery data. It can also generate daily health "highlights" by reading cross-functional changes between sleep quality and physiological stress.

Aside from that, it also comes with all the basic health tracking like SpO2 monitoring, 24/7 heart rate sensor, stress monitoring, sleep, Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measurement, VO2 Max and Skin Temperature Variability.
As for the rest of the Noise REP Band specs, it comes with up to 10 days of battery life, syncs with Strava, Apple Health and Google Health, supports 5 ATM water resistance and uses in-app GPS for tracking.
Noise REP Price in India and Sale Date
The Noise REP screenless fitness tracker has launched in India for an introductory price tag of Rs 9,999. It is currently up for pre-order via the Noise India website and will also be sold online via Amazon and Flipkart. The REP Band comes in Vivid Orange, Navy Blue, Classic Black and Sand Beige colour options.
Compared to the likes of the Google Fitbit Air and the WHOOP Band, where there is eventually a need for a subscription to access advanced health metrics, the Noise REP is a solid alternative for those who are looking to own a screenless fitness tracker without the added burden of a recurring subscription cost.
