Vivo's sub-brand iQOO has started teasing its next flagship device, the iQOO 15. The brand has confirmed the type of screen the iQOO 15 could come with, claiming it will be one of the best displays in the industry.
The information comes from iQOO's Product Manager, Galant V, who posted on Weibo that the upcoming iQOO 15 will feature a display upgrade. According to him, iQOO 15 will use a 2K Samsung AMOLED panel, which will be incredibly clear with high colour accuracy, contrast and increased brightness.

He adds that the new panel could deliver up to 6,000 nits of peak brightness. It will also feature NB Plus for better display durability. Other display specifications include a 144 Hz refresh rate and a special anti-reflective coating for better visibility.
Besides, a few other sources suggest the iQOO 15 could feature a best-in-class vapour chamber, over 8,000mm2 in size for excellent heat dissipation, which could translate to better performance and minimal throttling.

The iQOO 15 is also expected to boast 4-lane UFS 4.1, just like the upcoming Vivo X300 and X300 Pro. iQOO's quite popular for its funky back panels, and this time, as per the leaked images, the firm seems to be experimenting with a chalk back with a vertical red colour splash that runs across the iQOO logo at the bottom.
As for other rumoured specifications, the iQOO 15 could arrive with a 7,000mAh battery that can charge at 100W and boast wireless charging. Optics-wise, it could feature a 50 MP periscope lens. Other specifications like an in-display fingerprint scanner, dual stereo speakers and better vibration motors have also been tipped.
The iQOO 15 is expected to launch in October or November 2025 with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. More leaks should surface as we inch closer to the launch. Until then, stay tuned.
