The iQOO Neo 11 launched in China back in October 2025 and now the brand is officially adding an unexpected member to the lineup next week: the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra. This will be the first Ultra-branded "Neo" series phone from iQOO and is revealed to pack some impressive specifications.
iQOO Neo 11 Ultra China Launch Date Announced
The official Weibo account of Hui Huizi, iQOO's product manager, has confirmed that iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will be announced on August 10, 2026. The smartphone is being positioned in the flagship segment, with a primary focus on "screen, battery life and gaming experience."
In the same post, she has also posted a Q&A-style video where she has revealed some of the key specs of the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra. For starters, the smartphone is confirmed to feature a 2K display with a "fast refresh rate" and flagship-level eye care protection, similar to the iQOO Neo 11.
The smartphone will pack a 9,000mAh battery, the biggest inside any Neo series phone to date. Hui Huizi has also revealed that the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will support "super fast charging".

Furthermore, the phone is also said to offer an elevated gaming experience. While iQOO's product manager has not revealed those exact details, she could be hinting at a dedicated gaming chip.
This could hint at the Q2 gaming chip, which the brand uses to deliver 144 FPS Super Frame Rate with QNSS support in games like Genshin Impact, Call of Duty, PUBG, Fortnite Mobile and more.

iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Specifications: What to Expect?
Aside from the above-mentioned details, Hui Huiz has not revealed any more specs of the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra. Tipster @ZionsAnvin recently shared a Geekbench report for an iQOO phone with model number Vivo V2545A.
The alleged smartphone was spotted running the flagship Dimensity 9500 chipset and was widely believed to be called "iQOO Neo 11S." However, this seems to be the Geekbench listing of the now-confirmed iQOO Neo 11 Ultra.
Aside from that, going by other iQOO Neo 11s specs leaks, we can expect the Neo 11 Ultra to feature a 6.83-inch OLED display, support 100W fast charging, bring an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
The phone is also said to feature a metal frame and could be available in four RAM and storage variants - 12 GB + 256 GB, 12 GB + 512 GB, 16 GB + 256 GB and 16 GB + 512 GB. Expected colour options for the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra include Light White, Shadow Black, and Wind Chaser.
As per leaks, the phone could be priced around 3,000 RMB (approximately Rs 43,000).
That said, with the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra launch set for next Monday, we will know more official details shortly. So, stay tuned.
