Karbonn has officially made a comeback in India with the launch of the Karbonn Rebel and Karbonn Rebel Pro smartphones. The budget phones offer up to 7,000mAh batteries, big and smooth displays and an overall interesting set of specs.
Karbonn Rebel Series Specifications and Features
Starting with the standard Karbonn Rebel, it features a big 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with a maximum brightness of 650 nits and a 90 Hz refresh rate.
The Rebel also packs a massive 7,000mAh battery capacity with 18W fast charging support via a USB-C port. In terms of optics, the phone features a 50 MP AI main rear camera with an aperture of f/1.8.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the MediaTek G81 processor. The phone also sports an IP64 dust and splash resistance rating.
On the other hand, the Karbonn Rebel Pro features a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a brightness of 720 nits. It packs a smaller 6,000mAh battery with faster 20W charging.
It is powered by the same chipset as the standard Rebel. For photos and videos, there's an upgraded 64 MP AI dual rear camera.
Both phones will come with a charger right in the box.
On the software front, both the Karbonn Rebel phones run on Android 16, with the brand promising two years of major OS updates and security patches.
Additionally, the brand is promising zero bloatware and no preloaded third-party apps on the phones. The phones are also being marketed as arriving with built-in Google Gemini.
Both the phones also offer a 3.5mm headphone jack for added convenience.

The Karbonn Rebel price in India is set at Rs 11,999, while the Rebel Pro is priced at Rs 12,499. Interested buyers can get a Rs 1,000 bank discount on both phones, bringing their effective prices down to Rs 10,999 and Rs 11,499, respectively.
As for availability, both phones will be available via Amazon on November 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST.
